The Hide Out (www.thehideout.org.uk)

Children and young people can visit an online refuge and explore all the rooms.

The Hideout provides help, information and support for children and young people - whether they are currently living with violence, experienced violence in the past or if they know someone else going through it.

Childline (www.childline.org.uk)

Children and young people can talk to Childline about anything - no problem is too big or too small.  Some of the things that people phone about are feeling lonely or unloved, worries about their future, problems about school, bullying, drugs, pregnancy, HIV and AIDS, physical and sexual abuse, running away and concerns about parents, brothers, sisters and friends, and crimes against them.  Call ChildLine on 0800 1111.

YOUTH2YOUTH (www.youth2youth.co.uk)

Visit the UK's first National Young Person's helpline, run by young people for young people.

Talk to Frank (www.talktofrank.com)

Have you ever felt under pressure to do drugs? Do you know someone who's had a bad experience with drugs? Have drugs affected your family or friends? Visit the website if you or someone you know is taking drugs or if you are worried about someone.

Britkids (www.britkid.org)

Britkids is a website about race, racism, and growing up in Britain as seen through the eyes of the Britkids.  It was made with young people in mind.

You'll meet a gang of nine young British people from different backgrounds. They will invite you to their home where you can meet their family and friends and share some experiences. You can also choose to go into Britchester with them and explore conversations that happen there.
